8 Crystals for Fertility
Trying to conceive (TTC) can either be a fun or difficult journey, and no ones experience is ever the same.
Whether you’ve been TTC for a short time or a long time, utilising the crystal energy of these 8 crystals for fertility, to increase your chances of falling pregnant is a unique and safe option for all.
In this post we’ll cover the top 8 crystals for use in both natural conception and IVF with some ideas on how you can work with these beautiful gifts of the earth on your fertility journey.
Get creative with the way you use these crystals, you can wear them, add them to the bedroom, your pocket, include in a spell or set them up in a crystal grid!
Reminder, crystals are not to be used in place of traditional medical care, instead I recommend you use them alongside recommendations from your GP.
1. Moonstone
The menstrual cycle is ruled by the moon, so it makes sense that crystals who share this ruling planetary body can aid in fertility too. Moonstone is excellent not just when TTC but throughout pregnancy and birth too. This goes for both traditional moonstone, and rainbow moonstone (pictured above).
Moonstone is known as the woman’s healing stone and can aid in balancing your hormones, promoting womb health and of course, conception. This is because it helps you to get back into your natural cycle rhythm which is always going to help when trying to conceive.
Make sure to charge this baby under the moonlight and then place it beneath your bed or pillow.
Pair with merlinite if you wish to communicate with your baby’s spirit before conception and during pregnancy!
2. Lepidolite
In the words of Ashley Leavy from the Love & Light School of Crystal Therapy, Lepidolite will hold you in an ocean of calm where you can lose yourself in the tranquility of the moment.
Being a stone that brings peace of mind, soothes anxieties and relaxes you mentally. This allows you to let go of your worries and trust in the universe.
I also find Lepidolite to be an excellent aid in quality and restorative sleep. If your body is in a state of stress (mentally or physically) it can be difficult to conceive as your body doesn’t feel safe. Quality rest can help bring back balance and soothe the nervous system which is optimal for conception.
3. Green aventurine
This crystal has long been used to optimise the chances of pregnancy by enhancing your fertility. This crystal is known for its ability to bring success in your endeavours and boost your manifesting. Particularly potent to use when creating your new moon intentions. Place it nearby, or hold in your hand as you visualise yourself holding your baby.
Even if you end up going through the adoption or surrogacy route, this crystal can help you to manifest that outcome.
4. Rainbow Fluorite
Fluorite means flow, and if your hormones are out of whack or if you have PCOS you’ll want to utilise the energy of Rainbow Fluorite to bring things back into flow with your body.
This crystal is a master manifestor, and as Ashley Leavy from the LLSCT says “Feel clarity wash over you as you consciously co-create with the universe.”
A great affirmation to use with this crystal is “I consciously create life within me, I am a portal”.
Also an excellent crystal for making decisions, which comes up a lot during pregnancy. If you are pregnant and facing a tough choice, this crystal can help you to get clear before you decide.
5. Carnelian
This gorgeous orange crystal relates to the sacral chakra which houses our sexual energy and is really great at boosting your libido and motivating you to move it to the bedroom. Often when TTC sex can almost become a chore. If this is happening to you, bring some carnelian into the bedroom to help liven things up and make it fun again. If you want to have even more fun in the bedroom, you could pair it with a crystal dildo to warm yourself up! They do say orgasms help with conception as the vaginal contractions move the sperm up towards the egg.
Carnelian, like Rainbow fluorite, can be used to support your hormonal balance and stimulate the reproductive systems in both the male and female (AFAB OR AMAB) bodies. Carnelian is an excellent addition to your energetic space once you are pregnant too.
6. Garnet
Garnet is another crystal that works incredibly well for libido boosting. This one relates to the root chakra so it’s slightly different to aforementioned Carnelian.
Garnet can help to strengthen the reproductive organs whilst promoting health, vigour and vitality.
This ones a doozy for enhancing your sexual energy. I like to pop it in my pocket during the day, so it’s close to the root chakra or do a specific root chakra meditation whilst holding the garnet to really activate its raw power. Never hurts to place a larger generator style stone beneath the centre of your bed too.
7. Clear Quartz
Not all forms of conception happen through sex, therefore, the crystal I suggest for support on your IVF journey is clear quartz. This gorgeous crystal is an amplifier, so can be the extra nudge you need to help in manifesting a pregnancy. It can assist in clearing the mind of pessimisstic thougths or doubts and will also protect you energetically as you embark on this stressful and often physically painful journey.

8. Hematite
I love hematite but a word of warning before we begin, it can cause laptops and computers to malfunction so don’t place it too close to your laptop and maybe refrain from wearing it as a bracelet whilst typing. Its energy can also be a little intense for some, listen to your body and your intuition before working with Hematite.
Hematite is excellent for aiding in your bodies ability to absorb iron which can lead to encouraging implantation when TTC naturally or via IVF. It is a great crystal for grounding your energy which is useful at any time but especially during periods of stress or anxiety which can often happen if your conception journey is taking longer than you hoped or planned.

Personally, this was the time both of my children were conceived, although I didn’t put the pieces together until much later as I wasn’t intentionally using astrology for that purpose.
