I will keep confidential the names of clients and all information shared or discussed during readings, unless otherwise requested by the client or required by a court of law.I will store all client information securely.I use client information ONLY for the purpose of the Tarot reading, unless permission has been provided otherwise.

There are some exceptions to client confidentiality. This includes situations where the client intends to harm themselves or others, or where the client has committed a significant crime such as murder or rape. Under these circumstances, I am obliged to report them to the relevant authorities.

I will not read for you on the same topic more than once every 3 months and I don’t recommend tarot for every life decision. Whilst tarot is great for insight on certain situations it is not to be used in lieu of your own free will and power of choice.

I will treat all my clients with equal respect, regardless of their origin, race, religion, gender, age, or sexual preference.

I will always ask if you wish to know everything the cards show.If you choose to know I will tell you what I see in the cards. I will be honest with you and I won’t sugarcoat it, even if the news is hard to hear, disappointing or not the answer you wanted to hear.

I will always treat you with compassion and respect and leave you with a clear path forward and a feeling of empowerment.

I will represent honestly my Tarot qualifications, including educational credentials, levels of certification and experience.

As an ethical Tarot reader, it is important to me that I remain as impartial and non-judgmental as possible. You are trusting me with your personal information, and whether or not I agree with what you are doing, I will offer impartial advice and guidance.

My personal opinions and judgement have been left at the door, so I can go into your Tarot reading with objectivity.

Sometimes, you may have a question and want a specific answer. Should I move to Canada? Should I leave my husband? What career am I called for?

I do not want to take away your free will and personal power to choose.

My role as a tarot reader is to guide, coach and counsel but you still have free will and a responsibility in choosing your own path.

As an ethical reader I will not read on other people without their consent. This means questions like “why won’t he propose” and “does she love me” are not accepted.

I will serve the best interests of my clients, conducting my professional activities without causing or intending to cause harm.

I will recommend clients consult a licensed professional for advice of a legal, financial, medical, or psychological nature that I am not qualified to provide.  If trained in one of these areas, I will clearly differentiate between the tarot reading and any professional advice additionally provided.

I will respect my clients' right to refuse or terminate their reading at any time, regardless of prior consent.

If your reading does not resonate on any level, I will provide a full refund in exchange for some feedback from you to help me grow and learn for future bookings.
