Suburban Witchery - What it's all about.
Welcome to my blog where it’s going to get weird, wacky and of course witchy.
This is where you can come to find out about everything magical, spiritual and on trend in the world of witches today.
This might be a good time to tell you a little bit about myself, so here’s what you need to know.
My name is Hana and I’m married to a wonderous man named Ben who works in the Military which means we move around the country a lot (that country being Australia). We have a tiny human named Aurelia and a fur-baby named River and generally live in the suburbs - hence the name, Suburban Witchery.
If you come over to our little house in the burbs you would find all the normal suburby people things like a lawnmower, a pot plant at the front door and clothes on the line; alongside a few tarot decks, a lot of crystals, weird things in jars, dried herbs everywhere some pretty strange books on moon phases, palmistry and the infamous malleus mallificarum (more on this in a future post).
What I want to do with this blog is educate those interested in the ways of the witch, or those who are just curious. I also seek to normalise who I am and what I do and show that Tarot, Astrology and Crystals can and DO really help people!
One of my favourite things about reading tarot and astrology is the feeling of providing a valuable service to my community. I genuinely believe that what I do is really helping people to live the life they’ve always dreamed of and it is so special that I get to be a part of that.
